Manage-IT Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Manage-IT, a software platform provided by ATSER Systems, Inc.

   Service Overview

   Manage-IT is a paid, subscription-based software product designed to support project, asset, and workflow management. ATSER grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Manage-IT according to these Terms and any applicable order forms or agreements.

   Account Registration

   You must provide accurate and complete information when creating a Manage-IT account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

   Customer Responsibilities

   You agree to:

   • Use Manage-IT only for lawful business purposes
   • Ensure uploaded data is accurate and lawful
   • Maintain backups outside the system
   • Ensure your users understand these Terms

   Payment & Subscription Terms

   Access requires payment of subscription fees according to your order form. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

   Service Availability & Updates

   ATSER may modify, update, or maintain the system at any time.

   Data Usage & Privacy

   ATSER will not sell your data and processes it only to deliver services.

   Intellectual Property

   Manage-IT and its software, code, interfaces, and documentation remain the property of ATSER.

   Acceptable Use

   You may not upload malicious code, disrupt performance, or attempt unauthorized access.

   Third-Party Services

   Manage-IT may integrate with third-party systems. ATSER is not responsible for their actions.

    Disclaimer of Warranties

    The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

    Limitation of Liability

    ATSER is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

    Termination

    ATSER may suspend service for violations, unpaid fees, or misuse.

13. 13.

    Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

    Changes to Terms

    ATSER may update these Terms and continued use constitutes acceptance.
